Refrigerators - can be removed as a separate item @ $50 due to transfer station charge.

Skip Bins cannot be placed near power lines and require a height clearance of 4.1 meters and 3 meters to go up owners driveway (at owners risk).

Bins cannot be loaded above the height of the bin.
