What time do I need to have my bin out?
Please place on kerbside by 8am of your collection day.

Why was my bin not emptied?
-Your bin was put out after the truck cleared your street. All bins must be out by 8am of your collection day.
-Your bin included waste that was not permitted.
-Your bin had not been paid for.

If my bin is stolen/damaged does it cost?
-No charge if damage is wear and tear but if by malicious damage by customer, charges may apply.

Can I take my bin with me if I move?
 -Yes but contact our office so we can update your records.

Do you do fortnightly collections?
 -No

Do we still collect on public holidays?
-Yes except for Christmas day and Good Friday. On these holidays we do have to move some collection days. Look under collection days for when this occurs.

 Do you provide a recycling service?
-As a HDC approved solid waste collecter we contribute towards the cost of your recycling service (240L yellow lid bins and green crates) to residential customers only.
